If you scroll down, on the lower right side, u will see under North East, Arunachal Pradesh listed. If you click on Arunachal Pradesh, 20 towns are listed and there are hotels (unrated) listed in most towns. A. First of all you will have to be specific about the part of Arunachal Pradesh that you shall be visiting. Of course winter is winter, be it Delhi or be it Arunachal Pradesh, but different places in Arunachal can have different temperatures. In Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal you won't experience snow, but areas like Tawang, Zero, Bomdila, experience snowfalls. Of course the winter in Arunachal is severe, but you won't find fog as it is hilly area.

If there is instability in Tibet after the death of the Dalai Lama, the Chinese Army would not hesitate to launch a pre-emptive strike and occupy Tawang, if not the whole of Arunachal Pradesh due to fears that the US might exploit the instability, with Indian connivance, from clandestine bases in the Tawang area.
