A. In the website referred below there is a link "India Hotel Review". If u click on that a webpage opens. If you scroll down, on the lower right side, u will see under North East, Arunachal Pradesh listed. If you click on Arunachal Pradesh, 20 towns are listed and there are hotels (unrated) listed in most towns. Before u venture to go there, make sure the Government and the Indian Army will allow you to trek there. Both China & India claim the territory.

Weather in Arunachal Pradesh during winter?
Q. I'll be spending a week in Arunachal in early december, but i have no clue regarding the weather there at this time. Please help!
Asked by Shivanee - Thu Nov 13 21:55:13 2008 - - 1 Answers - 0 Comments
A. First of all you will have to be specific about the part of Arunachal Pradesh that you shall be visiting. Of course winter is winter, be it Delhi or be it Arunachal Pradesh, but different places in Arunachal can have different temperatures. In Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal you won't experience snow, but areas like Tawang, Zero, Bomdila, experience snowfalls. Of course the winter in Arunachal is severe, but you won't find fog as it is hilly area.

A. There is a saying that " Occupation is 90% of the law". If you have the military muscle, a strong country can always unilaterally impose its will to a weaker state or country. History has shown that lots of times.

Will China occupy the Indian Arunachal Pradesh after the death of Dalai Lama?
Q. If there is instability in Tibet after the death of the Dalai Lama, the Chinese Army would not hesitate to launch a pre-emptive strike and occupy Tawang, if not the whole of Arunachal Pradesh due to fears that the US might exploit the instability, with Indian connivance, from clandestine bases in the Tawang area. China look upon Tawang as the strategic gateway to Tibet and to Assam in the reverse direction. In their perception, their strategic control of Tibet could not be taken for granted unless and until they controlled Tawang. Do u think it will start a nuclear war between India and China?
