Dear friends, It is learnt that Deemed Universities are not permitted for Distance Education/ Out side study Centres/Affiliation to any Colleges other than the campus itself etc, but Vinayaka Missions University ( Deemed Universitry), Salem, Tamil Nadu is conducting various distance education programmes including M.Phil. programmes by opening study centres throughout India. It is also true that Tamil Nadu Govt, have recently banned M.Phil. through Distance Education for the Universities located in Tamil Nadu.
