A. As far Deemed universities are concerned, There is clearly no harm in getting a degre from such institutions. Just for example, two months before, Three students from SRM Deemed university, Chennai were selected for 1 year intensive training program conducted by a reputed company in Japan. Moreover these three students are already undergoing their training in Japan even before they have finished their degree. Hope u r now convinced.

A. There was a bill passed which means there is now the prohibition of unfair practices in technical, medical educational institutions & universities Bill is passed by Govt. It provided for 3 year imprisonment and a fine of up to Rs 50 lakh for higher education providers guilty of misleading students. Also, the government has approved the Foreign Educational Institution (Regulation of Entry & Operation) Bill 2010. It provides foreign universities to set up campuses in India.

A. As a foreign medical graduate getting a license to practice in the US is complicated and difficult. Is your university accredited in India? If so, you may be able to take the licensing tests for foreign medical graduates, an early step toward practicing in the US. After getting satisfactory scores on the examinations, you will need to find a residency program willing to accept a foreign medical graduate. You then would have to take and pass the same examinations required for US graduates. Of course you also must obtain a resident visa for the US, a rather different problem. Q. I have joined my Bsc Hotel Mgt. in University of Technology and sciences, Raipur. (UTS, A Private university) after 2nd yr the university got cancelled due to an order from Supreme court of India, and since the order says "the existing students must be transferred to any other recognized Indian university , we transferred to Vinayaka mission Research foundation deemed university (VMRF). They conduct the final exams and issued the final certificate. The exam was done in last July 2005. And I left from there to one of the Gulf countries for my employment.
